Dr Ed Casper

Dr. Ed Casper

Dr Casper has lived in the Utica area most of his life.  He graduated from New York Mills High School in the Top Ten of his class, and then did his pre-Chiropractic college work at Utica College and Mohawk Valley Community College.  From there he attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he recieved his Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laud) degree.  In addition to seeing patients at the Palmer College Public Clinic, he did an internship at Uniontown Chiropractic Center in Pennsylvania in 1988.  After passing the licensure exams in Pennsylvania and New York, he came back to his hometown and opened his own practice in 1989.

'Dr Ed' , as his patients call him, loves going to work everyday providing a holistic approach to health to his native community.  He cares for all ages of patients from infants to the elderly.  In addition to relieving neck and lower back ailments, he has had great success in caring for headaches(including migraine), sports injuries, as well as a host of other issues including fibromyalgia.  At Casper Chiropractic, we feel that the maintenance of health is superior to the treatment of disease, so a large part of our practice is Wellness care related.  A healthy spine and nervous system leads to a healthier you.

Dr Ed has maintained an active role in the community coaching his children's sports teams as well as serving on the board of directors for the North Utica Senior Citizens Center.  He is active in the Mohawk Valley Chamber of Commerce, the New York Chiropractic Council, the International Chiropractic Association, Palmer College of Chiropractic's alumni association, and was a member of the North Utica Rotary for many years.

He lives in Whitesboro, NY with his wife and 3 children.
